This is your opportunity to dig deep and build a better future!\n\nThe starting pay will depend on experience. We offer 100% paid on-the-job training!\n\nWhy Culy Contracting?\nHome every night and on Weekends!\nDaily Per Diem for travel expenses and Company-Paid Hotels during travel assignments\n401(k) Matching to help secure your financial future\nPaid Time Off & Holiday Pay to ensure work-life balance\nComprehensive Benefits Package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Coverage\nCompany-Paid PPE, including boots and safety gear for your protection\nCompetitive Wages based on experience plus Training Pay to support your growth as you learn\nCareer Growth & Development opportunities to advance your skills\nWhat You'll Do:\nKeep gear in top shape with daily checks for function and safety, handling minor fixes and notifying supervisors about any concerns.\nDive into installing various trench shoring systems with skill and precision.\nTake charge of determining the best installation approach for each unique project, whether it’s for sewer systems, storm drains, clean water, or force mains.\nBe ready for all kinds of excavation challenges, including those tricky high-water environments.\nWork together with the Foreman and/or Superintendent, using assigned equipment to get the job done.\nKeep the communication flowing smoothly within our team and with our supervisors.\nEnsure all work meets our high-quality standards and follows the best operating practices.\nBe ready to pitch in wherever needed for other tasks.\nWhat We Need from You:\nExperience in trenchless installation, including laying pipe, is highly preferred.\nFamiliar with operating pipe laser, able to shoot grade and knowledgeable in trench shoring and safety.\nA valid driver’s license required with clean motor vehicle report is required.\nComfortable working in outside weather conditions at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles, and moderate noise levels.\nPhysical Demands: Regularly lift, push, pull and move up to 75 pounds. Use pneumatic, battery powered or electric tools.
