Regional Operations Director

A company is looking for a Regional Director, Operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and operationalize BOI, Quality, and Cost of Care programs across multiple markets Build and enforce SOPs, SLAs, and RACIs while overseeing core workflows Partner with market leaders to monitor performance and implement corrective actions Required Qualifications 5+ years of healthcare operations experience 3+ years leading multi-market risk adjustment or quality programs Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred Six Sigma/Lean certification preferred Strong knowledge of HEDIS, risk adjustment coding, and operational team leadership
