This role will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing manufacturing processes, improving productivity, and supporting operational excellence throughout the facility.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background with experience in manufacturing environments, heavy equipment, electrical systems, Lean Manufacturing principles, and data-driven decision making. Experience utilizing Power BI to analyze production metrics and support operational improvements is highly desirable.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAnalyze, develop, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance quality, productivity, safety, and cost efficiency.\nLead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events, 5S activities, root cause analysis, and waste reduction projects.\nIdentify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve throughput and overall equipment effectiveness.\nSupport production teams with troubleshooting and resolution of manufacturing and process-related issues.\nDevelop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, standard operating procedures, and engineering reports.\nUtilize Power BI and other reporting tools to create dashboards, track KPIs, and support data-driven decision making.\nCollaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to improve manufacturing performance.\nSupport capital equipment projects, equipment upgrades, and new manufacturing process implementation.\nConduct process capability studies, time studies, and workflow analysis.\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.\n3+ years of manufacturing and/or process engineering experience.\nExperience supporting production environments and driving process improvements.\nStrong understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement principles.\nExperience analyzing manufacturing data and performance metrics.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience working with heavy equipment, industrial machinery, or related manufacturing environments.\nElectrical engineering knowledge or experience supporting electrical manufacturing processes.\nExperience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.\nSix Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.\nExperience with ERP systems and manufacturing software platforms.\n\nBenefits\n\nCompetitve Salary\nMedical Insurance\nDental insurance\nVision Insurance\n401(k)\nPaid Time Off\nHoliday Pay\n- For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
