This role requires exceptional customer service skills, a high level of professionalism, and experience supporting executive-level stakeholders.The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, technical support, and analytical skills. This role involves collaborating across support teams to troubleshoot issues, gather insights, and maintain knowledge articles, all with the goal of delivering an outstanding executive support experience. Additionally, this role supports audio/visual technologies and includes coaching and mentoring technical team members.Location:St. Paul, MNKey ResponsibilitiesProvide client support including software troubleshooting, hardware break/fix, installations, and in-person or remote assistanceSupport audio, video, and conferencing technologies for meetings and eventsDevelop processes and knowledge base (KB) articles for common issue resolutionPerform root-cause analysis and coordinate with support teams to implement corrective actionsSupport executive meetings, both on-site and off-site, including AV setup and troubleshootingBe readily available to support executives and their staffConduct site evaluations and risk assessments for executive and board meetingsSupport Windows, Mac OS, mobile operating systems, and general IT-related issuesManage mobile devices using tools such as Intune (Android & iOS)Work with Office 365, OneDrive, Active Directory, ticketing systems, and Microsoft TeamsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a technical field with 8 years of experience, or high school diploma/GED with 12 years of equivalent experienceAt least 1 year of experience in a technical support roleExperience with audio/visual technology (hardware and software)Experience supporting Windows, Mac OS, and mobile operating systemsExperience with mobile device management (e.g., Intune)Experience with Office 365, OneDrive, Active Directory, ticketing systems, and Microsoft TeamsStrong customer service orientationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekendsWillingness to travel and work off-sitePreferred QualificationsExperience supporting C-suite executivesExperience leading or mentoring a technical teamAbility to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environmentStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressureCollaborative, team-oriented mindsetAnnual Or Hourly Compensation RangeThe pay range for this position is $74,700.00 - $112,200.00.
