In this role, you will be the absolute subject matter expert for complex code design, large-scale data architecture, and multi-cloud enterprise integrations. You will work closely with leadership to maximize platform ROI, maintain pristine instance health, and establish standard development guardrails across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Strategy & Design: Own the end-to-end technical architecture, system design, and security model for a multi-cloud Salesforce instance spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services / Health / Experience Cloud.Advanced Programmatic Engineering: Write and review high-performance, scalable programmatic solutions using advanced Apex (Asynchronous processing, Batchable, Queueable, custom Triggers) and cutting-edge frontend UI using Lightning Web Components (LWC).Enterprise Integration Engine: Design and implement robust, secure, real-time bidirectional integrations between Salesforce and external ERP/legacy legacy systems (MuleSoft, AWS, Workday, SAP) utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, Pub/Sub API, and Event-Driven Architecture.Data Architecture & Governance: Architect large data volume (LDV) management plans, custom indexing, data skew mitigation strategies, and archival processes to preserve platform performance.DevOps & Release Management: Establish and optimize automated CI/CD deployment pipelines using tools like Copado, Gearset, Flosum, or GitHub Actions; strictly enforce source-driven development and scratch org strategies.Ecosystem Evolution: Lead the technical evaluation and rollout of modern platform capabilities, including Data Cloud, programmatic automation strategies, and AI agent extensions (Agentforce frameworks).
