We work with clothing brands, businesses, corporate clients, and creators across the country.\nWe’re looking for someone who wants more than “just an office job.” This is an opportunity to become the owner’s right hand and grow alongside a rapidly expanding company.\nIf you’re organized, proactive, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.\nPosition Overview\nAs our Operations Coordinator, you’ll help keep the business running smoothly by managing customer communication, organizing projects, coordinating orders, and assisting with day-to-day operations.\nThis is a hands-on role. While administrative and customer-facing responsibilities are a major part of the position, we’re looking for someone who is willing to jump in wherever needed to keep the business moving forward. That may include helping in production, organizing inventory, cleaning and maintaining workspaces, preparing orders for pickup or shipment, and supporting the team during busy periods.\nWe’re looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and enjoys making things more efficient.\nResponsibilitiesCustomer Service\nAnswer incoming phone calls\nRespond to emails and customer inquiries\nFollow up on open quotes and existing orders\nSchedule customer appointments and showroom visits\nProvide excellent customer service throughout each project\nSales & Order Management\nGather order information from customers\nBuild estimates and quotes\nCreate invoices and work orders\nCoordinate artwork approvals\nOrder garments from vendors\nTrack purchase orders and incoming shipments\nOperations\nCoordinate production schedules\nKeep customer orders organized and on schedule\nUpdate internal spreadsheets and systems\nHelp improve company processes and documentation\nCommunicate with production staff to ensure deadlines are met\nAssist with inventory organization and office management\nHelp coordinate shipping, pickups, and deliveries\nProduction & Shop Support\nAssist with screen printing, embroidery, DTF, packaging, and fulfillment as needed\nCount, sort, fold, and prepare garments for production\nHelp receive and organize incoming shipments\nMaintain inventory organization throughout the facility\nAssist with quality control checks\nHelp keep production areas clean, organized, and efficient\nSupport equipment setup and basic shop preparation tasks\nJump into projects wherever additional help is needed\nAdministrative Support\nManage calendars and appointments\nOrganize files and documents\nPrepare reports when needed\nAssist with special projects\nHelp prioritize daily tasks for the owner\nQualifications\nWe’re more interested in attitude and work ethic than checking every box.\nPreferred qualifications include:\nExcellent communication skills\nStrong organizational skills\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment\nComfortable speaking with customers\nStrong attention to detail\nProblem-solving mindset\nAbility to learn quickly\nPositive attitude\nReliable and punctual\nWillingness to take on a variety of responsibilities\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a team\nWhat Success Looks Like\nWithin your first few months, you’ll become the person who helps keep projects moving, customers informed, and daily operations organized.
