We're seeking a hands-on Control Systems Engineer with strong Emerson DeltaV experience who enjoys solving complex process control challenges and working directly with customers.\nResponsibilities Design, configure, and implement Emerson DeltaV control systems\nDevelop control strategies, process graphics, batch applications, and supporting documentation\nCollaborate with customers to define requirements and develop automation solutions\nPerform factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), commissioning, startup, and operator training\nSupport system upgrades, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and process simulations\nProvide technical expertise for automation projects from concept through implementation\nTravel periodically to customer facilities\nRequirements B.S. in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience\nExperience with Emerson DeltaV DCS systems required\nExperience with DeltaV Batch, SIS, and/or MES preferred\nExperience supporting automation projects in pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or other process manufacturing environments\nKnowledge of instrumentation, process control systems, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks\nAbility to develop functional specifications, design documentation, and test protocols\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-facing skills\nProficiency with Microsoft Windows and Server operating systems\nAbility to interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, network architectures, and process control documentation\nThis position offers a flexible hybrid or onsite work arrangement where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, help solve complex automation challenges, and play a key role in delivering solutions that keep critical manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently.
