Working closely with Enterprise Client Executives (ECEs) and internal teams, the CDE ensures opportunities are strategically pursued, adequately documented, and executed in alignment with Company goals, policies, and performance expectations.\n\nThis role combines strategic selling, account leadership, pipeline management, and cross-functional coordination, with a focus on predictable revenue growth, enhancing customer retention, and fostering long-term client partnerships.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nClient Development & Account Ownership\n\nBuild, manage, and grow a portfolio of end-user client accounts within assigned territory.\n\nDevelop trusted, long-term client relationships that position IES as a preferred partner.\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent engagement and relationship continuity.\n\nIdentify opportunities to expand services, scope, and market share within existing accounts.\n\nPursue Day 2 work, SLAs, and recurring opportunities across assigned clients.\n\nBusiness Development & Opportunity Growth\n\nIdentify, qualify, and pursue new end-user client opportunities through relationship-driven outreach, referrals, industry networks, and strategic engagement.\n\nDevelop and execute account strategies designed to capture maximum share of wallet across target clients.\n\nBuild relationships with key stakeholders and influencers—including General Contractors, Architects/Engineers, Consultants, Vendors, and Partners—to support end-user growth.\n\nParticipate in account mapping, territory planning, and overall business acquisition strategy.\n\nCoordinate closely with Enterprise Client Executives to support cross-selling, upselling, and strategic account alignment where applicable.\n\nSales Execution, Pipeline & Forecasting\n\nOwn and maintain accurate opportunity pipelines and forecasts within IESOS and CRM systems, updated at a minimum of weekly.\n\nProvide reliable forecasting and reporting to sales leadership.\n\nEnsure opportunities are pursued and closed in accordance with Company policies, approval processes, and financial guidelines.\n\nSupport disciplined opportunity qualification, documentation, and go/no-go decision-making.\n\nInternal Coordination & Delivery Support\n\nCoordinate closely with Preconstruction, Operations, Legal, Accounting, Marketing, and Finance to support client pursuits and active accounts.\n\nFacilitate IESOS Web activities, including opening and maintaining Web IDs as required.\n\nManage coordination of contracts, NDAs, and related legal documentation.\n\nSupport prequalifications, bids, and proposals as needed.\n\nFacilitate job openings and internal handoffs to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution.\n\nResolve client concerns promptly by partnering with internal teams to preserve trust and confidence.\n\nGeneral Responsibilities\n\nBuild and maintain strong internal relationships that support collaboration and execution.\n\nPromote Company culture, values, and brand standards in all interactions.\n\nParticipate in sales, account, and strategy meetings.\n\nMaintain regular and reliable attendance.\n\nPerform additional responsibilities as assigned.\n\nPerformance Goals\n\nHigh client retention and long-term relationship stability\n\nExpansion of existing accounts and share of wallet growth\n\nStrong customer satisfaction and loyalty\n\nPredictable, recurring revenue generation\n\nSalary: Min: USD $75,000.00 per year.
