As a Host/Server, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests while maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. If you have a passion for excellent customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities:** • Greet guests and manage reservations and waitlists • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all guests feel welcome and valued • Take orders and operate a Point of Sale (POS) system • Prepare and serve food and beverages, ensuring they meet our high standards • Handle cash and operate a cash register • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, floors, and bathrooms • Assist with food preparation and presentation • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery • Provide assistance to guests with special needs or requests • Help to maintain a positive and productive team environment **Experience:** Applicants should have experience in the food industry, preferably in a café or restaurant setting. Prior experience with cash handling and basic math skills is essential.
