The Apple Store Online is one of the world’s largest online retailers, serving millions of customers around the globe.We are looking for a self-motivated Engineering Project Manager who has several years of experience in a complex, fast-moving electronic commerce or software development environment and has a consistent track record of delivering excellent results.\nDescription\nRetail and Marcom Engineering, an IS&T team, builds and operates the systems and experiences that connect Apple's products with its customers. The team owns the technology behind both Apple's online and physical stores and drives the interactive marketing experiences and tools that keep creative operations moving. Together, those functions deliver the technology behind every product story Apple tells and every purchase a customer makes.We're seeking a passionate project management expert to own the entire lifecycle of large-scale projects and feature areas. You'll be in the driver's seat, from business requirements analysis and technical design discussions to testing and partner collaboration. This isn't about checking tasks off a list – it's about the ability to lead and deliver on every aspect of the project.\nResponsibilities\n\nTake full responsibility for the success of projects, steering them from concept to launch with a laser focus on execution.\nConfidently navigate multifaceted environments, building strong relationships and smoothly resolving conflicts.\nWork seamlessly with engineers, product owners, and strategic partners, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.\nEfficiently manage resources, monitor timelines, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.\nMaintain a relentless focus on execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery while paying meticulous attention to detail.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\n2+ years of experience in Engineering project management\nExperience in software development life cycle methodologies\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n2+ years of hands‑on experience in engineering project or program management\n5+ years on hands‑on experience in a technical role\nProven ability to work with diverse audience through clear, compelling written and verbal communication.\nSuccessful track record of managing budgets and forecasting resource needs.\nIndustry recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master certification.\nProven track record of thriving in fast paced dev environment with constant change.\n\nApple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
