In support of this mission, Tharros is seeking a **Junior Program Analyst** located in Lakehurst, NJ.Responsibilities:-Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of Navy Aircraft SE program/project objectives.-Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.-Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.-Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified program or project team.-Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to SE acquisition and product programs.-Tracks program/project status and schedules.-Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.-Responsible for assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions. -1-3 years related experience in a business or technical position.-4 year degree; 6 years additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree or 4 years additional work experience and an Associate's degree.-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams or similar workplace chat and videoconferencing tools.ANALYGENCE is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
