Assistant Store Manager - Store 304

K & G Petroleum LLC is a privately owned, growing company involved in all areas of fuel and convenience stores with branded Conoco, 7-11 and Jenny's Market stations across the Denver metro area.We are looking to hire a self motivated Assistant Manager, to join our team. The Assistant manager position is responsible for maintaining and operating a Company-owned retail facility in a safe, customer focused, and profitable manner. Support the Store Manager in daily operations, managing employees, and the store, especially when the manager is not in the store. This includes supervision and training of employees; trouble shooting daily close out and shift sales; and assisting Store Manager with shift coverages. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a positive, team oriented, management style.
