closely with our Machine Operator to maintain the efficient operation of our machinery.\r\nJob Responsibilities\r\nWork closely with the Machine Operator under their guidance and direction to learn essential machine operation skills.\r\nSupport Sofidel America's Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic workplace.\r\nApply customer specifications to machine operation to ensure finished products meet customer requirements.\r\nProgram and monitor computerized operating panels, calculate core size, roll diameters, required footage, and perforation.\r\nSet up, operate, and adjust the rewinder and downstream equipment to meet production quotas.\r\nProgram the log saw, clamp products in the log saw, and verify cut accuracy, making adjustments as needed.\r\nPerform hourly quality checks, submit daily quality reports to the QA department, and assist with product change-overs.\r\nCollaborate with Rapid Changeover Technicians (RCO Techs) for change-overs and adjustments.\r\nAdjust embossing units and core chucks as required.\r\nMaintain open communication with the quality, maintenance, and supervision teams.\r\nDemonstrate leadership skills consistently.\r\nKeep the work area clean and organized, adhering to lean initiatives.\r\nJob Requirements\r\nHigh school graduate or General Education Degree (GED).\r\nBasic computer skills.\r\nPrior experience preferred, but not necessarily required in unique circumstances.\r\nAbility to read and interpret documents, including safety rules, operating instructions, and
