{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"e8719ea253a89783bc00d10d","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/e8719ea253a89783bc00d10d","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/e8719ea253a89783bc00d10d","title":"2nd Shift Operator","description":"Job Title: 2nd Shift Operator\nLocation: Manchester, NH\nDepartment: Direct Labor\nShift Hours: 3:15pm – 11:45pm Monday-Friday\nReports To: Production Supervisor\n\nSummary:\nMulti-disciplined operator to run production processes utilizing robotic equipment on Second.\n\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nLoading and unloading component trays\nInline inspections performed under a microscope with tweezers\nTranslate customer specifications and drawings.\nPerform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.\n\nOther Duties & Responsibilities:\nMaintain safe work area and comply with safety procedures and equipment operating rules keeping work area in a clean and orderly condition.\nParticipate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nFollow clean room and other environmental precautions and procedures as required.\n\nTools and Equipment Used:\nInspection tools and equipment\nMeasuring equipment, such as calipers and comparator\nMicroscope\n\nEducation/Experience\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n1-3 years of experience preferred\nPrevious working experience in an ESD setting preferred\nExperience with JESD 625 – JEDEC STANDARD Requirements for Handling\nGeneral knowledge of J-STD-001 Soldered Electrical & Electronic Assemblies\nGeneral knowledge of AS9100 as well as ISO 9001:2008\n\nJob Skills:\nMechanically inclined individual\nStrong hands-on approach to Quality Inspection\nAbility to exercise flexibility with quickly changing data requests.\nAbility to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently.\n\nEOE M/F/D/V\n\nSalary and benefits commensurate with qualifications and experience.\n\nAbout Micross:\nMicross Components (www.micross.com) is a leading global provider of distributed and specialty electronic components for military, space, medical, and demanding industrial applications.
