Our floor includes 5-axis and 3-axis CNC mills, CNC turning centers, wire EDM, surface grinding, laser marking, and CMM inspection equipment. We primarily serve the medical device industry with active expansion into aerospace (AS9100D) and defense (ITAR).\nThis is a hands-on shop with a small, experienced crew. The person in this role works on the floor every day.\nThe Role\nWe're looking for an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist with 5+ years of experience who can own the work from print to finished part — program it, set it up, run it, inspect it, and troubleshoot when something's off. This is not a desk programming role. You run the parts you program.\nTolerances are tight, materials are demanding, and quality is non-negotiable. You'll work with CAD/CAM software, make G-code adjustments directly, and operate within our ISO 13485 quality system.\nEquipment We Run\nExperience with any of the following is a strong plus:\nHAAS DS-30 Lathe\nOkuma Genos 5-Axis\nMakino 3-Axis\nEDM Machines\nCMM Inspection Equipment\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years of hands-on CNC milling and turning experience in a job shop or precision manufacturing environment\nHands-on CAM programming experience required (Mastercam or Esprit preferred) —operation or setup experience alone is not a fit for this role\nDemonstrated 5-axis programming and setup experience\nExperience machining medical-grade or aerospace alloys (stainless, titanium, PEEK, Inconel, etc.)\nAble to hold ±0.0005\" tolerances and work confidently from GD&T drawings\nFamiliar with an ISO-controlled quality environment (ISO 13485, ISO 9001, or AS9100)\nLives within commuting distance of Clifton, NJ\nWhat We Offer\n$40–$70/hr based on experience\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\n401(k) contribution and profit sharing\nLong-term growth potential, including supervisory and leadership opportunities\nInterested?
