Learn and contribute to the team's success in an evolving and challenging environment.\r\nThis position is located in our Huntsville, AL office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.\r\nYour future duties and responsibilities\r\nTrack, monitor, and report data gathered from various databases to measure and establish trends impacting data entry accuracy of technical information pertinent to spare part procurement actions for U.S. Army aviation and missile weapon systems.\r\nAnalyze data to identify trends and ensure data integrity.\r\nRun queries and develop code to extract data for analysis from a variety of sources.\r\nMaintain several MS Access databases. Develop requirements documents that outline the approved changes for these database tools.\r\nProgram, test, and implement changes to processes on a regular basis.\r\nActively participate in meetings with government customers and team members to determine the requirements.\r\nDevelop user documentation and user training.\r\nPerform routine duties as they relate to tasks to include preparation of reports and maintenance of various spreadsheets.\r\nCommunicate clearly with customers and coworkers to resolve issues.\r\nSupport customers with various assignments that are directly related to their general business operations.\r\nUtilize Power BI to construct and update data rich dashboards for government customer review.\r\nRequired qualifications to be successful in this role\r\nBachelor's degree in MIS/CS and 4 years of related experience. Or HS diploma and 7 years of related programming experience.\r\nAdvanced level experience programming using MS Access.\r\nAdvanced SQL experience.\r\nIntermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft suite of tools to include TEAMS, Sharepoint, and PowerBI.\r\nAdvanced level experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook.\r\nSolid analysis and problem solving skills.\r\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\r\nMust work well within a team environment dealing with high volume work with speed and accuracy.\r\nAbility to work core hours between 8:00 and 4:30 Monday thru Friday.\r\nUS Citizenship and SECRET security clearance is required.
