Dental Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental office. We are a specialty dental office performing cosmetic and implant dentistry in a botique office environment. We dont take any insurance and the job is low stress. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk. You will have 2 other team members helping you at the front desk.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain calendars
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
- Maintain electronic health records and ensure accurate documentation
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and ability to multi-task
- Assist with dental scheduling and coordinate treatment plans
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
*Experience*
- Prior experience in dental front desk role is preferred
- Knowledge and experience of Eaglesoft is a strong plus!
- Knowledge of dental terminology and Eaglesoft software is a plus
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft or similar dental software is advantageous
- Familiarity with dental care guidelines is beneficial
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 34 per week
