Our newassembly working team lead will work alongside and guide our team in thesuccessful and efficient assembly of large-scale generator enclosures,tanks, and their subassemblies while meeting internal and externalrequirements. Who We Are: EK\\'s Power Products division designs,develops, produces, and tests unique generator packaging solutions tomeet the needs of the most demanding environments and applications. What you\\'ll be responsible for: Efficiently andeffectively assembling functional parts for enclosures and tanks usinghand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straight edges. Successfully readingand understanding blueprints. Safely using forklifts, aerial lifts,cranes, ladders, and other lifting apparatus to aide in the assemblyprocess. Willingly operate welding equipment to cut or weld parts whenneeded. Maintaining responsibility for 6S areas. Thoughtfully planning,assigning, and directing the work of our Power Products assemblers.Clearly conferring with other managers, engineers, production personnel,and others to resolve any issues. Effectively directing assemblers onproper processes and techniques. Thoroughly reporting information onemployee progress for performance evaluations. Successfully mentoringnew employees or designating a suitable mentor wherever needed.Thoroughly inspecting parts using precision measuring equipment andclearly documenting inspection data. Evaluating internal processes forways to improve quality, tooling usage, and run times. Keeping workareas clean and organized.
