Position: Mental Health Associate I - Sign on bonus: N/ A - Location: Linden Oaks Hospital ; Naperville, IL - Per Diem Commitment Level: Per Diem Level 1: 32-72 hours. Hours: Need availability to pick up ALL shifts as needed (7 am-3:30 pm/3:00 pm-11:30 pm/11:00 pm-7:30 am)A Brief Overview:The Mental Health Associate I provides direct patient care to patients with mental health disorders. The Mental Health Associate I performs treatment planning and implementation while facilitating groups within assigned treatment programs. The Mental Health Associate I ensures the safety and well-being of these patients by maintaining a safe environment and documents according to department/organization procedures.
