You'll be the person employees and execs rely on to make technology invisible — fast hardware, reliable WiFi, and conference rooms that just work, every time.\r\nEnable exec and leadership effectiveness. You'll provide white-glove device and AV support to our leadership team, making sure no board meeting, investor call, or all-hands is ever derailed by tech.\r\nBuild the systems that scale us. You won't just fix tickets — you'll build the asset management, onboarding, and network infrastructure playbooks that work at several times our current headcount.\r\nOwn our warehouse team's IT stack. Scanners, terminals, printers — the physical systems that keep our operations running will be yours to keep online, documented, and resilient.\r\nWho you'll work with\r\nEvery team at Owner. IT is one of the most cross-functional roles in the company — you'll support everyone from SDRs on their first day to engineers debugging production issues, and you'll be a trusted partner to all of them.\r\nSecurity and Platform teams. You'll work closely with Security and Platform to ensure our endpoint posture, MDM configuration, and SaaS access controls are tight and scalable — not just functional.\r\nThis role is based in San Francisco on a hybrid schedule (2–3 days in office), with regular hands-on time at our South San Francisco warehouse and travel to merchant sites as the work demands.\r\nQualifications\r\nStrong macOS fluency is a must, with solid working knowledge of iOS and ideally some exposure to ChromeOS and Android. You've managed device fleets end-to-end — MDM enrollment, imaging, asset tracking – and you keep things clean and documented without being asked.\r\nYou're comfortable with networking fundamentals, configuring APs, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and handling basic VLAN and WiFi work without waiting on a vendor for every config change.\r\nYou've worked with tools like Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack at an admin level, not just as a user. Familiarity with our broader SaaS stack is a plus.\r\nYou have a natural inclination to automate repetitive work, whether that's MDM workflows, scripting routine tasks, or building out ticket routing rules.\r\nYou've supported senior leaders before, and understand what that actually means: being proactive, reading the room, moving fast without making noise, and treating discretion as a baseline expectation.\r\nYou're someone who can operate in a role with real ownership and no rigid playbook.\r\nPay and Benefits\r\nThe estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000–170,000, plus a generous pre-IPO equity package.
