We provide \"total resource\" system solutions for complex ducting requirements, with our components found on most aircraft operating worldwide.\n\nJob Description\n\nSummary- Requires measuring, forming, scribing, trimming, fitting, aligning, assembling and setting-up of sheet, tubular, machined or formed parts (prepare material for welding) and the straightening and aligning of assemblies and parts after welding. Requires tack welding of metal parts and/or assemblies using standard welding methods\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nUnder general supervision, must be able to perform a variety of job duties including, but not limited to:\nPlans sequence of operations, layouts for experimental and prototype parts\nCompetent with surface plate layouts using angle blocks, parallel bars, gages, calipers, micrometers and dial indicators.\nTroubleshoots tooling, details, and planning when existing conditions cannot make an acceptable part\nDevelop manufacturing process for fitting and tacking of complex assemblies\nCan fabricate an assembly without an AJ\nFollow all Senior policies and procedure.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nIn addition to the above, Mechanics are to maintain an organized, clean and safe work area using safety standards and expectations while adhering to all quality practices.
