School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Madera, California
Exciting full-time contract opportunity for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist is available working in a supportive school setting near Madera, CA. This onsite role offers a dynamic environment serving elementary-aged students, with the added benefit of collaborating alongside SLPAs and other educational professionals. Ideal candidates will hold a current CCC and possess at least two years of California school-based SLP experience. A year or more of hands-on SEIS experience is required, while previous exposure to supervising SLPAs with facilitator collaboration is preferred. Candidates should be confident managing substantial caseloads and responding to frequent referrals. Those completing their Clinical Fellowship (CF) are also encouraged to apply, as mentorship is available for emerging professionals. You will be responsible for:Providing direct speech and language services to an assigned caseload of approximately 60-65 students, including speech-only casesMaintaining detailed documentation and utilizing SEIS efficientlySupervising and collaborating with SLPAs, as appropriateConducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and participating in IEP meetings and team collaborationManaging high referral volumes with strong organizational skills Qualifications:Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology & CCC required (will consider SLP-CFs)California SLP licensure and credentialing2+ years of school-based SLP experience in CaliforniaAt least 1 year of experience with SEIS documentationExperience with or openness to supervising SLPAs using facilitator supportConfidence in high-volume caseload managementAvailability for full-time, onsite hours (37.5 per week)Bilingual SLPs are especially encouraged to apply If you are eager to provide high-quality speech and language services in a vibrant school community, apply now and take the next step in your professional journey!
