Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cost Accounting Analyst based in Dover, DE. The Cost Accounting Analyst will prepare and analyze financial statements, manage journal entries, and contribute to accounting and finance processes to facilitate efficient operations. Key responsibilities include performing cost analysis, assisting with budgeting, and maintaining accurate financial records to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications Strong understanding and experience with Accounting, Finance, and managing Journal EntriesProficiency in analyzing Financial Statements and preparing detailed reportsExcellent Analytical Skills to evaluate cost structures and recommend improvementsDetail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy and organizationBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skillsExperience in cost accounting or financial analysis is preferredStrong problem-solving abilities and communication skills
