Prepare Potential Change Order and Change Order Requests for review and approval by Project Manager.\nReview Requests for Information (RFIs) with Project Superintendent and distribute to consultants for review and response. Follow up on document return timeliness for distribution to subcontractors.\nDistribute revised drawings and changes to subcontractors and track return of pricing for review by Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager.\nCoordinate with the project team to ensure a timely project closeout.\nCoordinate with internal and external project team members to monitor the project schedule and ensure deadlines are met.\nAssist in coaching, mentoring and training new Project Coordinators and Project Administrators. Be familiar with, adhere to and model company and departmental policies and procedures.\nContribute to the company's culture, mission, and values through thought leadership and actions.\nPerform other projects and duties as assigned.\nQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Certificate in Construction Management required in absence of college degree and should supplement degree in business administration or liberal arts.\nSpecialized Knowledge and Skills:\nWorking knowledge of construction documentation and pricing.\nWorking knowledge of company software programs, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Procore.\nStrong organizational skills.\nAbility to independently organize work assignments and meet critical deadlines.\nExperience 1-2 years experience in the construction industry.\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the responsibilities of the job.
