Networks with the recovery community and other service providers and represents the agency in all areas, as required.\n\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nShall be knowledgeable and experienced with the provision of state licensed and/or certified residential non-medical alcohol and other drug abuse recovery treatment detoxification services, including: maintaining an alcohol and drug free environment, admission criteria screening, intake process, individual and group sessions, participant referral procedures, participant file documentation procedures, Title 42 code of Federal regulations, Part 2, regarding confidentiality, non-discrimination of delivery services, participant discharge and follow-up procedures.\n\nResponsible for meeting the objectives as set forth in funding contracts.\n\nResponsible for census and ensuring it is following G.L.O.M. standards.\n\nReports to governmental agencies as may be required by contract and/or regulations.\n\nImplements and supports all program guidelines and rules.\n\nMonitors budget and reporting requirements and makes recommendations to the Senior Director as needed.\n\nEnsures assigned staff is trained on all aspects of the program and provides a platform for ongoing professional development.\n\nRepresents G.L.O.M.
