Field Supervisor - RN LPN Or CNA

Position Overview Bayside Care LLC is seeking a motivated and dependable Field Supervisor to support our growing home care agency. This role is ideal for a healthcare professional who enjoys working independently, building relationships, and helping ensure high-quality care for our clients while maintaining compliance with Maine DHHS regulations. Qualifications Applicants must meet one of the following requirements: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Registered Nurse (RN) Minimum of 1 year of Personal Support Specialist (PSS) experience Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site supervisory visits Complete initial client intakes and assessments Maintain strong client and staff relationships Ensure compliance with Maine DHHS regulations Verify staff meet all onboarding and training requirements Provide support, guidance, and oversight to direct care staff Communicate regularly with management regarding client care and staffing needs Requirements Valid driver’s license Reliable vehicle Willingness to travel up to 2 hours from Portland for visits Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and professionally in the field Compensation & Benefits Paid per visit Gas reimbursement Incentives available Opportunity for full-time employment as the company grows Why Join Bayside Care ?
