Banquet SupervisorWe are looking to add an experienced, skilled Banquet Supervisor to our Lancer Hospitality team at Braemar Golf Course! As a Banquet Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to ensure the success of banquet events by working with a team of talented foodservice professionals.Participating in food preparation. Training and instructing employees in all aspects of service, including food preparation and safety. Coordinating set up and strike of events as needed. Personally adhering to and ensuring that employees follow all company policies and procedures regarding food handling, food safety, and sanitation. Other tasks as needed.Must-haves: At least two years' experience in foodservice. Excellent customer service skills. Strong leadership skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
