This role requires an individual with a strong concern for quality, accuracy, and a results-oriented focus.\nThe successful candidate will work independently to solve complex process problems, transitioning technical concepts into fully working, reliable production solutions. This position involves critical thinking and thorough analysis of equipment performance to maintain safe, efficient systems. We are looking for a resourceful professional who can handle multiple tasks, from managing a technical team to performing detailed structural and mechanical troubleshooting.\nJob Summary and Job Functions\nProcess Leadership: Consistently engineer innovative processes to optimize an automated coating line utilizing liquid spray systems, conveyors, and curing ovens\nOperational Oversight: Manages the daily operation and supervision of a technical staff of 3–5 operators.
