{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"e83bd65e1bfdde96429aa5bb","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/e83bd65e1bfdde96429aa5bb","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/e83bd65e1bfdde96429aa5bb","title":"Program Manager – Application Security","description":"About the RoleWe are looking for a Program Manager to support Indeed’s Application Security team by providing program management and coordination support for the Code Freshness (R&Ds) and Operational Ownership Expectations programs.The successful candidate will work closely with PMO teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate program activities, track progress, manage risks and blockers, and ensure effective communication across the organization.This role requires a highly organized, analytical, and proactive professional who can operate independently, drive initiatives forward, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Region: US – LATAMTimezone: Any US-based timezoneKey ResponsibilitiesProvide program management support for the Code Freshness (R&Ds) and Operational Ownership Expectations programs.Lead and coordinate regular program and team meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.Prepare meeting agendas, documentation, action items, and follow-ups.Develop and maintain project and program documentation, including status reports, trackers, plans, and key deliverables.Track and communicate program progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and key results (KRs).Work closely with PMO teams across the organization to ensure consistent program tracking and reporting.Coordinate change initiatives and support the effective adoption of new processes and expectations.Communicate program updates clearly to leadership and key stakeholders.Provide overall program coordination, guidance, and follow-through to ensure initiatives remain on track.Identify issues proactively, conduct research, and develop practical solutions.Work independently and take ownership of assigned programs and deliverables.Use data and analysis to support decision-making and program reporting.Proactively experiment, iterate, and improve processes to deliver results efficiently.Required Skills & ExperienceMust-HaveStrong project/program management skills with proven experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with leadership, PMO teams, and stakeholders.Experience working with PMO teams to track, report, and communicate:Program progressRisks and blockersDependenciesKey Results (KRs)Experience organizing and facilitating program meetings, including stakeholder coordination, agendas, documentation, action tracking, and follow-up.Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively across different organizational levels.Strong analytical skills, including experience working with IQL/SQL.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong self-starter mentality, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Demonstrated ability to proactively research, experiment, troubleshoot, and solve problems.Ability to work through rapid iteration cycles and deliver results quickly in a dynamic environment.Nice-to-HavePrevious experience or knowledge in Application Security.Familiarity with application security programs, processes, or engineering environments.Experience supporting security, engineering, or technology-focused programs.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a proactive and analytical Program Manager who can take ownership of complex initiatives, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and ensure programs remain on track.
