All new hires will be placed in an extensive evaluation and training program. Following the training and evaluation of the teammate’s skill level, the teammate will be placed in a general labor position.\nESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:\nTeammate is expected to report to work on time for all scheduled workdays\nPick parts based on part number and kitting standard\nBolt, clip, screw, or otherwise fasten parts together\nClean, prepare, hang, and remove parts from a paint line\nWork at different workstations as production needs require\nWork on lines where tasks vary as different models of same article moves along the line\nOperate an industrial truck or electric/air hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products\nFollow specific standardized work instructions, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance standards\nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:\nHigh School Education or equivalent\nCOMPETENCY/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:\nAssembly experience helpful\nSafely lift to 50lbs unaided and up to 75lbs with assistance\nMust possess good mechanical aptitude\nMust be able to use simple hand tools and measuring devices\nFounded in 1915, Midmark Corporation is the only company transforming healthcare experiences through innovative design within the medical, dental and animal health environments.
