applicationsBuild reusable PLC code, AOIs, UDTs, machine sequences, interlocks, alarms, and equipment-control standardsDevelop and integrate Ignition HMI/SCADA applicationsIntegrate PLCs with drives, motors, servos, robotics, vision systems, safety systems, instrumentation, and other automated equipmentDevelop communications between PLC, SCADA, databases, OEM equipment, and plant-level systemsParticipate in controls architecture and system-design decisionsReview electrical designs, I/O architecture, network architecture, and equipment controlsWork directly with OEMs, equipment builders, system integrators, manufacturing teams, and corporate engineeringLead controls portions of FAT and equipment validationSupport installation, startup, SAT, and commissioning of new hands-on PLC programmingStrong Allen-Bradley / Rockwell experienceControlLogix and Studio 5000 experienceExperience developing controls software for new machinery, production lines, or large automation projectsHMI/SCADA development experienceExperience taking projects from design through field commissioningStrong understanding of industrial controls architecture and networkingAbility to independently develop and debug complex machine sequencesExperience integrating multiple pieces of automated equipment into one functioning production systemIgnition ExperienceHands-on Inductive
