Join a culture of collaboration and innovation that matters and a chance to learn, effect change, and make meaningful contributions at work and in communities.\n\nAssembler\nPay: $22.12 hourly plus $1.50 shift differential $24.61 after 1 year of employment\nGrade: 3\nShift: 2nd, Monday-Thursday 3:15pm-1:15am\nPurpose: Responsible for assembly and packaging of product.\nEssential Functions:\nAssembly of non-repetitive parts which may include multiple parts per operation.\nPackage parts and assemblies.\nEnsure compliance to prints.\nOperate test equipment when required.\nEnsure proper documentation with labeling.\nComplies with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.\nUses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.\nWhile this list is representative of essential job duties, it is not an all-inclusive list of duties required to perform this role. Other duties may be assigned to fulfill Donaldson’s mission, vision, and strategic plan objectives.\nQualifications: Combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience reading prints and assembling products.\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate ability to:\nRead blueprints and understand written and verbal instructions.\nPerform basic computer and math skills.\nApply strong mechanical aptitude.\nPerform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast-paced work environment.\nInteract constructively and effectively with all plant employees.\nAbility to work in a team environment toward a common goal.\nReacts to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned.\nMaintains a pattern of regular and predictable attendance.\nCertifications/Licenses/Registrations:\nForklift\nEmployment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
