Define migration roadmap and phases, rollback plan, timeline, ...Candidate Requirements7 years' experience; strong architecture + hands-on backend developmentJava (Spring) strong backend focus (no frontend-only profiles)Advanced SQL skills (CTE, query tuning, indexing, execution plans)Experience with database migration and system modernizationSolid understanding of application & data architectureExposure to infrastructure, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), and AWS is a plus
