In this role, you'll lead production teams responsible for creating Food & Beverage products for consumers worldwide.Responsibilities:Oversee production operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and meeting production goals.Motivate and develop your team, fostering a safe and productive work environment.Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing solutions to maintain efficiency.Train new employees on equipment, procedures, and safety protocols.Maintain accurate production documentation and reports. Required Qualifications: College graduate with a technical degree (Mechanical Engineering preferred).Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.Champion for safety and regulatory compliance.Strong leader with excellent coaching and development skills.High-energy, self-motivated individual with a drive to succeed.Excellent communication and written documentation skills.
