The ideal candidate brings strong technical judgment, excellent coordination skills, and experience working in complex, fast-paced industrial or semiconductor environments.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nProvide technical oversight across active O&M and commissioning programs to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with client and corporate objectives.\n\nSupport the standardization and continuous improvement of engineering, operational processes, templates, and reporting across multiple projects and sites.\n\nAct as a technical liaison between operations, commissioning, engineering, and business development teams, ensuring integration of technical requirements.\n\nAssist in developing and reviewing project scopes, schedules, estimates, and resource plans in alignment with contractual and client expectations.\n\nLead or participate in technical reviews, lessons learned sessions, and risk assessments to drive reliability, performance, and best-practice adoption.\n\nSupport the development, accuracy, and maintenance of program dashboards and KPI tracking tools measuring uptime, performance, resource deployment, and project health.\n\nContribute to business development and RFP efforts by drafting technical approaches, reviewing proposal content, and supporting pricing inputs.\n\nParticipate in technical vetting, resume development, and candidate interviews to ensure incoming personnel meet project and client requirements.\n\nSupport the Technical Operations Manager with workload forecasting, planning, and technical resource allocation across programs.\n\nEnsure technical governance and compliance, maintaining documentation for audits, client reviews, handover packages, and turnover deliverables.\n\nProvide client-facing technical support by attending meetings, presenting program-level updates, and representing engineering and operational perspectives.\n\nAny other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.\n\nSkills Required\n\n3+ years of experience in semiconductor, data center, industrial manufacturing, commissioning, or O&M environments.\n\nHands-on experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo, ProCal). - nice to have\n\nProficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar data reporting and visualization tools.\n\nStrong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in data tracking, scheduling, and compliance monitoring.\n\nComfortable managing technical documentation and supporting version control processes.\n\nReliable and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to task management and follow-through.\n\nStrong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, controls, or process systems used in mission-critical facilities.\n\nDemonstrated experience supporting O&M or commissioning programs, reliability initiatives, or technical operations teams.\n\nProficiency with reporting tools, CMMS platforms, dashboards, or KPI tracking (Power BI, Tableau, Maximo, ProCal, etc.).\n\nAbility to interpret technical scopes, drawings, schedules, and resource plans.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with experience interfacing directly with clients.\n\nEducation / Licenses / Certifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) preferred; equivalent experience considered.\n\nProof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.\n\nBenefits\n\nMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance\n\nLife, Short-Term, Long-Term Disability Insurance\n\nTraining and Education Assistance\n\n401k Retirement Plan\n\nExtra Annual Leave with Years of Service\n\nMaternity/Paternity Leave\n\nRecognition Rewards\n\nLotusWorks is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
