US Farathane continues to grow each year through highly technical research and development, coupled with a diverse and knowledgeable Management Team and dedicated Associates.\n\nThe Position: 3rd Shift Production Associate\nQuality starts with our Production Associates! They are the backbone to our production team. Production Associates are the first step in the production process. Our products go straight to your hands right out of the press!!\nEssential Duties/Responsibilities:\nThoroughly inspect each part looking for defects of any kind.\nCommunicate production and quality issues/concerns with associates during communication meetings.\nRecord scrap and data every hour per work instructions\nEnsure products are placed in the correct boxes for packaging and shipping\nResponsible for following all internal and OSHA required safety procedures.\nQualifications:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
