This role combines hands-on installation work with crew leadership and jobsite oversight. The Working Foreman ensures daily productivity, safety compliance, quality workmanship, and alignment with project schedules while serving as the primary field point of contact for Project Management.\nThis position requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to drive performance in active construction environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise and direct field electricians, lead electricians, and apprentices\nPlan daily and weekly work activities to meet project milestones\nCoordinate manpower, materials, and equipment requirements\nMaintain job productivity and labor efficiency\nReview drawings and ensure work is installed per plans and specifications\nCommunicate directly with Project Managers regarding schedule, manpower, and field challenges\nConduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce company safety policies\nEnsure compliance with NEC, MSHA, OSHA, NFPA 70E, and all applicable codes\nCoordinate inspections and interact with inspectors when required\nMaintain daily reports including manpower logs, production tracking, and field updates using Procore\nIdentify scope changes and notify management of potential change orders\nAssist with commissioning, testing, and turnover documentation\nMaintain professional communication with clients and general contractors\nOther duties as assigned.
