This is an exciting position where no one day is the same! The Program Director will oversee and lead the day-to-day operations of our school-based behavioral and mental health team, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes while maintaining a financially healthy program. This program offers solution-focused, strength-based services to youth from Pre-K through 12th grade within their schools. The role involves collaboration with school personnel to address social and emotional goals, as well as providing in-home services to the family unit. Ridiculously passionate about the company’s success, growth, and program quality.\n\nThe candidate selected will be responsible for the following:\n\nLeadership, Growth and Development\n\n Provides supervision, oversight, and support for the service program staff\n Ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with schools\n Be a data driven champion by promoting and designing initiatives within the Clinical Team to improve individuals, office, state, and company Balanced Scorecard results\n Coordinates with the local hospitals for assessments and referrals for more restrictive care when needed, or teaches other staff to handle this process\n Work with individual clinical staff on productivity standards/goals and caseload expectations\n Provides billing/and or clinical supervision\n Completes individual performance scorecards and provides clear expectations to those he or she supervises\n Assignment of mentors to those he or she supervises\n Implement, live by, and hold others accountable to Necco Corporate Culture\n Empowers supervisees to fail forward\n Works on growth and development of the clinical program through community outreach to secure new referral sources\n\nPerformance\n\n Oversight of authorizations and held claims to ensure payment\n Reviews referrals to determine if client is appropriate for agency services\n Collaborates in the development of planning for the client regarding treatment issues including visitation, health, education, and permanency goals\n Reviews and approves all client service plans and goals contained therein\n\nQuality Assurance/Risk Management\n\n Ensure that Quality Assurance Practices are being met\n Works with state level leadership and/or Safety and Risk Team regarding the behavioral health file review process\n Serves as a liaison to all State and/or Medicaid service audits and record requests\n Monitors the level and quality of services provided to clients\n Works with the State Clinical Director, or designated person, regarding court record requests and subpoenas\n Reports all agency critical incidents, allegations, and/or concerns to State Director\n Abide by ethical standards of licensure board and Necco\n Practice mandated reporting according to state requirements and ensures all clinical staff follow this reporting\n Ensure that all required state specific clinical documentation is completed per state rule/regulations\n Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor\n\nCorporate Citizen\n\n Practice ruthless pragmatism\n Engage in peer to peer feedback\n Know and live the Necco Corporate Culture Principles\nEmbody the three essential virtues of humble, hungry and smart\n Drive your Individual Performance Scorecard\n Adhere to and contribute to the Necco meeting structure\n\nPosition Qualifications:\n\n 21 Years of Age\n Independent licensure\n LISW, LPCC, or MFTS (Ohio)\n LPC, ALPS (West Virginia)\n LPCC, LCSW (KY)\n At least 5 years of total experience in mental health treatment (KY only)\n Minimum of three years’ experience in mental health treatment of children with emotional or behavioral disabilities and their families\n Excellent Computer Skills\n Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills\n Excellent Organizational Skills and Self Motivated\n Successful completion of all required criminal background checks\n Valid Driver’s License and 100/300/100 Auto Insurance required\n Travel/Training willingness\n\nAt Necco, we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable work environment.
