You have an opportunity to continuously make a difference in clients to reach their full potential\nOversee the daily operations of residential program for adults with mental illness or intellectual disabilities\nScheduling and supervising staff\nDevelopment and implementation of support plans\nMeet or exceed all regulatory requirements as well as PLS standards, practices, policies, and procedures\nLearn how to lead a team: Develop, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver the best for our clients\nCulture and Growth: Our values are not just written somewhere, but are an integral part of all that we do\nOther duties as assigned\nRequirements:\nAbility to work flexible hours including weekend shifts, holidays, and required periodic crisis rotations\n21 years of age\nValid driver’s license with clean record\nHS Diploma or equivalent\nMinimum two years of management experience in Assisted Living\nPassion for making a difference in people’s lives\nCapacity to develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization and to influence positive outcomes\nComputer skills and proficiency\nFour years of Human Services/Vocational Rehabilitation course work or related experience (Desired)\nSuccessful completion of preemployment physical, TB test, caregiver background check, and applicable training\nIdeal candidate is motivated, organized, caring, and enjoys a variety of job duties while helping others be successful\nBenefits:\n1st Shift: $500 signon bonus\n2nd Shift: $0.50/hour shift differential + $750 signon bonus\n3rd Shift: $2.00/hour shift differential + $1,000 signon bonus\nEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP): Eligible employees receive shares of PLS stock annually, making them employeeowners who benefit from the longterm success and growth of the company.\n401(k) Retirement Plan: Eligible employees are automatically enrolled in the Productive Living Systems 401(k) Retirement Plan, with up to a 5% company match.\nPaid Time Off (PTO): Available to all fulltime employees beginning on the first day of fulltime employment.
