A Cal Crew Leader will be the primary drivers for the crew van and maintain daily contact with the Program Manager.\n\nYou will support the Five Keys mission by creating a learning and work environment of mutual respect and fairness, while encouraging creative and critical thinking through an equity lens. In addition, you will contribute to our appreciation of diversity and foster a climate of multicultural understanding.\nJOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nMust be able to drive a passenger van and tow a 10 foot equipment trailer\nMust be insured and have a clean driving record and accepted under Five Keys company policy\nAble to work outdoors in all weather conditions\nAble to work with team members and deliver clear instructions\nMust provide daily pre-job technical and safety instructions and information specific to work locations\nScheduling of crews to fulfill tasks by contractors.\nMust be available by cell phone during normal work hours for technical instructions and emergencies\nConduct quarterly safety meetings and provide written documentation of these meetings as required by contract\nMust conduct and document crew tailgate safety briefings per contract requirements that include hazards specific to work locations and include any applicable seasonal safety hazards\nEnsure the crews utilize equipment properly and safely. Responsible for the inventory contents of the work van and supplies for crew each day.\nManage daily time for crew employees.
