This role is responsible for creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs to produce precision RF components, working closely with machinists and engineers to ensure parts meet design specifications and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, selecting appropriate tooling and machining strategies, setting up and proving out new programs on CNC milling and machining centers, and troubleshooting programming or machining issues. The CNC Programmer will monitor production runs, adjust programs for efficiency and accuracy, maintain documentation of programs and setup sheets, and collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to improve processes and reduce cycle times.
