With some mandatory OT on Friday night into Saturday morning\r\nWeekend Day Shift: 5am - 5:30pm, Friday - Sunday (36 hours total, it will not be rounded up to 40 hours). $2.50 shift differential on top of hourly rate.\r\nAll contractors must train on the weekday day shift (Monday - Friday, 7am - 5:30pm) for at least 3 weeks and then will be moved to the night shift during the week or stay on the weekday day shift if that is the shift they were hired for.\r\nJob Summary:\r\nThe Assembly and Test Operator is responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues.\r\nResponsibilities:\r\nAssemble components of all products, selecting the correct tools and fixtures.\r\nTest assembled products. Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.\r\nRead blueprints; identify components; use pertinent tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.\r\nCreate labor records for all transactions.\r\nEnsure good housekeeping within own work area.\r\nTake personal responsibility for safety and adhere to relating Risk Assessments.\r\nUse the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.\r\nQualifications and Experience: At least 3 or more years of experience\r\nHigh school diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or related experience.\r\nMust be mechanically or electrical adept; able to use a variety of hand and power tools.\r\nAbility to read, interpret, and carry out written and oral instructions; write legibly.\r\nNote that if you get hired you must undergo a background check, a driving records check and a drug screening\r\nCompany Details:\r\nUpTalent Miami, Florida, United States UpTalent provides a full suite of talent solutions that solves every workforce challenge.
