If you're passionate about empowering others and building genuine connections, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)Assist clients with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication management, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accuratelyTransport and accompany clients to appointments, community outings, and recreational activitiesFoster client independence by teaching life skills and encouraging self-advocacyCommunicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care teams regarding client needs and progressMaintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all clientsRequirements:High school diploma or GED required; experience in human services, caregiving, or a related field preferredGenuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and promoting their quality of lifeStrong communication, patience, and problem-solving skillsAbility to pass a background check and any required health screenings(TB Test)Valid California driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportationCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)Flexible scheduleMileage reimbursementAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as neededBilingual Spanish (preferred)About Us:Pinnacle Support Services LLC is a trusted provider of community-based support services dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in the greater Los Angeles area.
