Mixed Methods Researcher
Seeking a full-time remote Mixed Methods Researcher, the candidate will design and implement rigorous studies, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable insights to support financial health initiatives for low-to-moderate income populations.
Key responsibilities
Design and implement mixed-methods studies, ensuring community needs are prioritized
Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data using tools such as Stata, R, SQL, or Python
Translate research findings into clear insights for diverse stakeholders, managing projects from inception to completion
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in economics, public policy, sociology, data science, or a related field; a Master's is preferred
4-6+ years of research experience in nonprofit, academic, government, or private sector settings
Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis methods
Experience with project management tools such as Asana and Google Workspace
Familiarity with RCTs, predictive analytics, or machine learning approaches is a plus
