We form successful partnerships with advisors and firms committed to growth and operational efficiency.Role DescriptionThe Operations Associate will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations by coordinating workflows, supporting compliance and administrative tasks, assisting in marketing and recruiting efforts, and efficiently managing customer service requests. This position requires collaboration with internal teams and financial advisors to optimize processes and maintain high service standards.QualificationsStrong Operations skills with a focus on process management and workflow optimizationExcellent Interpersonal and Customer Service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleaguesSharp Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement and address operational challengesClear Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information effectivelyAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environmentExperience in financial or professional services is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferredProficiency in relevant software tools and systems is an advantageCompenstion$22-24 per hour
