Dental Operations Consultant

With a diverse team of experts dedicatedto providing tailored solutions, we empower our clients to achieve their strategic goals.Position Overview:Our company is seeking a talented and experienced Office Operations Consultant for the Dental/Healthcare industry to join our rapidly growing team. The Office Operations Consultant-Dental/Healthcare will research, develop, implement, and train on effective Dental/Healthcarepractice operations and growth strategies to increase our clients’ abilities to be able to grow theirorganizations.This position will report directly to our Senior Consultant for Dental/Healthcare Practices.Key Responsibilities:Develops, facilitates, trains, and implements different phases of the Tower Leadershipconsulting programs at Dental/Healthcare Practices across the USA.Identifies efficient and effective strategies for dental practice growth understandingindustry standards, and the needs of the organization.Collaborates with the Tower Leadership team to identify and draft detailed scope of workplans for dental/medical practices.Assists with Tower leadership client events including preparation, participation, andpresenting as needed.Collaborates with the Senior Consultant to create process, identify, and recommendopportunities for consulting program growth.Books travel within Tower Leadership guidelines for client onsite visits.Provides a personalized and exceptional client experience.Demonstrates servant leadership skills in all aspects of work.Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and companypolicies.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.At least 2+ years consulting or dental/healthcare office practice experience required.Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.Ability to create and implement strategies for a variety of clients.Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to dental practiceoperations.Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn programs created by the consulting team.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Education:Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or arelated field from an accredited institution.Benefits:The starting salary will be commensurate with candidate experience.
