The Peace and Justice Center Coordinator (PJCC) will assist with all workings of the Peace and Justice Center(PJC). This includes all directives that help with the organizational functions and will report directly into the Peace and Justice Center Manager (PJCM).

Support the Peace and Justice Center’s administrative needs.
Coordinate all scheduling of PJC events, trainings, and workshops
Facilitate survey's and qualitative data collection
Ability to enter information in data into our Apricot system
Experience understanding and evaluating data & metrics
Assist with planning and implementation of PJC activies. Including but not limited to: Training schedules, Community circle planning and community meeting schedules.
Assist with documentation, grant reporting, and other logistical needs.
Create innovative outreach strategies.
Build and manage relationships with community partners such as local schools, community organizations, community members, and social service agencies.
Contribute to the physical and conceptual development of the Peace and Justice Center as a dynamic space for youth and Community led social change
Participate in additional PJC events and activities as needed
The ability to plan and coordinate all components of community outreach
Conducting community and partner presentations as needed
The ability to create engaging, informative resources, that will be shared throughout the community
Requirements:
At least two to three years’ experience working in justice or community-based settings
Knowledge in Restorative Justice parctices
Ability to create administrative systems for new initiatives
Flexible schedule for events on evenings and weekends
Excellent public communication skills
Experience working with youth required
Experience working with youth in a community setting preferred
