And we've built a great reputation with an impressive team behind it.\n\nWant to apply your skills in a professional, team-oriented shop?\nDo you like technical challenges and coming up with creative ways to do things?\nAre you known for taking pride in your work?\nWant to take your skills to the next level?\nIf you qualify for this exceptional opportunity, Janler will continually challenge and reward you.\n\nAs a Janler apprentice you will:\nWork with the best team of experienced Mold Makers in the industry\nParticipate in projects at all phases to learn the use of all mold making tools and equipment\nLearn various grinding, milling, polishing, assembly, EDM, and fittings on complex projectsWork from approved blueprints and under close supervision of the assigned project team leader\nParticipate in production of injection molds and tooling to meet customer requirements\nVerify accuracy and functionality of work at all stages to maximize personal skill-building and ensure total customer satisfaction\nUse various measuring devices including micrometers, calipers, optical measuring machine (Optimar), gauges and all inspection equipment\nBecome trained to use Bridgeport milling machines, CNC milling machines, manual and automatic grinders, jig grinders, polishing machines, including use of polishing stones, surface plates, EDM machines, cranes and lift trucks.\n**As a Janler Apprentice, you will have a career that allows you to grow and reach your potential!\n\nApprentice Requirements:\nMinimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required with an emphasis in technical classes preferred\nExposure to a manufacturing work environment\nSome mold making/shop experience a plus, but not required\nMust be willing to participate in a formal mold making education program attending classes 2 evenings/week for 3 years in Schaumburg\n\nBased in Edison Park, Janler is a great place to begin and grow your manufacturing career.
