This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering consistent guest experiences across multiple sites.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant/hospitality locations in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York City.\nCoach, develop, and performance-manage location-level managers and their teams to meet and exceed operational standards.\nOwn P&L responsibilities across all units, including budgeting, cost control, and financial performance tracking.\nMonitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure each location meets business targets.\nDevelop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and brand standards.\nEnsure all locations remain compliant with safety regulations and applicable local requirements.\nTravel regularly between locations as needed to provide hands-on leadership and support.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired:\nProven experience in a multi-unit leadership role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.\nStrong people leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.\nDemonstrated P&L ownership and experience with budgeting and cost control across multiple locations.\nAbility to develop and enforce SOPs and ensure brand and regulatory compliance.\nWillingness and ability to travel between San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York City as required.\nMust be legally eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompensation details will be discussed during the interview process.\nLocation\nThis role is based primarily in San Francisco, CA, with regular travel to Los Angeles, CA and New York City, NY.
