You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, Analytics, and Pricing to translate business priorities into high-performing campaigns. This role owns budget pacing, spend allocation, and day-to-day performance management, while continuously, identifying opportunities to improve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.\r\nKey Responsibilities include\r\nOwn end-to-end execution of Paid Search programs across platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)\r\nBuild and scale campaign structures including keywords, audiences, and extensions aligned to business goals\r\nManage budget pacing and spend allocation to meet monthly and quarterly targets\r\nConduct ongoing optimization including bidding, keyword refinement, and performance enhancements\r\nPartner with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with product priorities and promotions\r\nMonitor daily performance and proactively optimize key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS)\r\nExecute A/B testing across ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies\r\nDevelop reporting and dashboards to track performance and identify opportunities\r\nEnsure accuracy through QA checks and maintain campaign best practices\r\nWhat You Bring to the Table\r\nProactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities\r\nStrong analytical thinking and ability to interpret performance data\r\nHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously\r\nExcellent communication and stakeholder influence skills\r\nCollaborative team player in a fast-paced environment\r\nWhat's needed: Basic Qualifications:\r\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related work experience\r\n5+ years of experience in digital marketing or paid search\r\nProven experience managing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads\r\nExperience improving measurable KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates\r\nExperience executing A/B testing and applying insights to optimize performance\r\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience in an eCommerce or retail environment\r\nExperience with feed management tools (DataFeedWatch, Feedonomics)\r\nFamiliarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics\r\nExperience with bid management platforms (SA360, Skai)\r\nCertifications in Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising\r\nWe Offer\r\nInclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups\r\nFlexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays)\r\nOnline and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!\r\nThe salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
